SMTP Configuration Guide

  1. SMTP Host: Enter smtp.gmail.com
  2. SMTP Port: Use port 587
  3. Username / Email: Enter your Gmail account email address (example: [email protected])
  4. Password / App Password: Use a Gmail App Password instead of your normal Gmail password.
    To create an App Password:
    • Open your Google Account: Manage your Google Account
    • Go to Security
    • Enable 2-Step Verification (required)
    • Open App Passwords
    • Create a new app password (select Mail or Other)
    • Copy the generated 16-character password and paste it here
  5. Sender Email: Use the same Gmail address you configured above.
  6. Sender Name: Enter your preferred display name (example: Your Company Name or Your Name).
  7. Activate Account: After saving the account, click the radio button next to the account to make it active. The active account will be used for sending emails.
Add New Email Account
Choose an account type and connect or configure it. Previous accounts are preserved.
